PatchGames support

Contact us

Email [email protected] for help with gameplay, purchases, account recovery, reports or prize claims. Include your player name and relevant match or purchase reference. Never send passwords, full card numbers or a recovery key.

Playing on iPhone and iPad

PatchGames requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later and an internet connection. You can play without Discord: choose a display name and Find Match, or Host Game to create a room. In a hosted lobby, Solo training lets you try the controls without another player.

Report a problem

Use the in-game feedback option to report a bug. To report another player, open the relevant match in your match history and use Report. Reports are reviewed by the operator.

Delete your account

Open the game's user menu, then Account → Delete account. Confirm in the app to permanently delete your account and associated personal data. You are signed out immediately and taken to a receipt that updates as cleanup progresses. You can close the page while cleanup continues. Requests needing review are processed within 30 days, except legally required records. Save your receipt link to check completion here. No email or phone call is required.

Purchases

Playing is free. Optional build purchases and paid patch requests show their price before checkout. For an incorrect or duplicate charge, contact support with the payment reference. Read payment terms.

Use PatchGames with your AI

Open Connect AI in PatchGames and choose your provider. Add the PatchGames connection using https://patchgames.gg/api/agent/mcp and OAuth, then review the account and permissions on the PatchGames authorization screen. Enable PatchGames in your AI conversation and ask which account is connected or ask it to list your Games.

Try: “List my Games,” “Explain how movement works in my Game,” or “Change my Game and build a private preview.” The connection can read and edit your own Games, run builds and return private preview links. Publishing a Game or mod makes the selected content public and requires a request to publish. New builds consume your existing build allowance, including builds that fail. The connector cannot buy builds or start a subscription.

Connect only accounts you control. Never paste a recovery key into an AI conversation. Revoke a connection in Account to stop its access. If the AI cannot see a recently added tool, refresh the connector or reconnect and start a new conversation. Provider plans and organization policies may restrict custom connections.

Shared-game patch requests are separate from private Game editing. The connector can work on an existing request previously purchased through PatchGames; submitting it can deploy a public change after validation. It cannot create a purchase. For connection problems, contact [email protected]. See our privacy policy for how connected AI providers access authorized content.
